Kaatje Couture was founded by Chastity 'Kaatje' Roach. Kaatje is Chastity's middle name and it means pure, that is why she wants to really incorporate pure/modest fashions in today's trendy clothes. At the age of 7, Chastity's father taught her how to sew with a needle and thread, this is what inspired her to become a fashion designer. At the age of 18, she launched her first sweatsuit collection. She grew up in a Christian household where she was taught to wear modest clothing. Her parents showed her it is possible to have fun, dress modestly, be confident and beautiful while being fashionable. Now that she is a young adult, she finds it challenging to find clothes that are trendy and modest. Through our brand, we want to express that you can look stylish while covering your body.
